Shipment

Different shipping costs are applied based on the order's destination country:

Italy: 4,99 €; free shipping on orders starting from 24,99 €

Austria, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands: 5,99 €; free shipping on orders starting from 24,99 €

Denmark, France, Slovenia: 7,99 €; free shipping on orders starting from 39,99 €

Croatia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, Spain, Serbia: 9,99 €; free shipping on orders starting from 39,99 €

Bulgaria, Estonia, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden: 11,99 €; free shipping on orders starting from 39,99 €

Upon order confirmation, you will receive a tracking number to be used at the following link: https://www.brt.it/it/

Delivery time differs based on the country of destination:

Italy: 1 to 4 business days

Other countries: 2 to 6 business days

You can schedule the delivery time by entering the code received with the order confirmation at the following link: https://www.brt.it/it/

For some shipments it is possible to schedule delivery on Saturday.

It is also possible to collect your order at a BRT Fermopoint

There is no minimum order. For orders below certain amounts, however, you will have to pay the costs of shipping. For more information about it, read the answer to the question "What are the shipping costs?" in this section

Payments

We accept the following paying methods:

• Credit card
• PayPal
• Cash on delivery (extra 5 € for the service)

If you have a VAT number and would like to receive an invoice for your purchase, please tell us your VAT number when ordering and we will send you the invoice

Returns

If you wish to exchange or return purchased products, you have 15 days starting from the date of delivery to contact us via chat or e-mail. Include the order details in the message (first and last name, order number). The products to be returned must not have been used and/or opened. You will receive the refund through the same payment method used at the time of the order. The cost of the return shipment will be charged for the same amount paid for the shipment of the order
If you received products other than those you purchased or if the products you received are damaged, you have 15 days starting from the date of delivery to contact us via chat or e-mail. Include the order details in the message (first and last name, order number) and a photo of the damaged products. The products to be returned must not have been used and/or opened. We will take care of collecting the damaged and/or wrong products and replacing them. You will not be charged for either the collection or the new shipment
